Reseller-tier specifics.
Will my customers know I'm using QR NFC Tap?
No. They land on your domain, see your logo + colour + footer + support email. QR NFC Tap branding is removed end-to-end on their tenant. The only exception is the legal "Powered by QR NFC Tap" footer line on free-tier customer accounts (removable on paid sub-plans you set up).
Who handles customer billing?
You charge customers (Stripe / invoicing — your choice). QR NFC Tap charges you the wholesale Agency rate. Sub-plan helpers in the dashboard generate clean invoice line items.
What if a customer wants a feature only on Business / higher tier?
You can sell up to the Business feature surface. They'd subscribe to a sub-plan you defined as "Business equivalent" priced at your markup.
SSL on customer domains?
Cloudflare-fronted is the supported path. Customer's DNS points at our CNAME via their Cloudflare account; CF handles auto-SSL on the free tier. We're working on Let's Encrypt origin certs for non-Cloudflare customers in 2026 Q3.
What's the ramp-up risk if QR NFC Tap has an outage?
Same as any SaaS. We target 99.9% uptime, and the Agency contract includes proportional credit on outage. Your customer's data is exportable any time via API.
Can I cancel and migrate customers off?
Yes — Agency tier customers get a one-shot CSV export of all their customer profiles + QR data on cancellation. We don't hold your customer relationship hostage.
