Use /forgot-password — you'll get a reset email within 30 seconds. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then write to support.
How do I cancel or downgrade my plan?
Dashboard → Account → Subscription → "Manage". Self-serve cancel + immediate downgrade. We don't hide the cancel button.
Refund policy?
14-day full refund on any paid plan, no questions asked. Hardware (NFC cards): refundable if unopened, contact sales.
Can I get a phone call instead of email?
Pro+ and Agency tier customers can request a callback via the channel above. Free / starter tier: email only — keeps the price free.
