Is Free really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and no card required — 3 dynamic QRs, unlimited static QRs, all 37 QR types, the Booking system and the Bio Links builder. You only pay when you need your own domain, more QRs, team seats or the API.
What is a lifetime deal?
A one-time payment for a plan you keep forever, with no renewals. Starter Lifetime ($59) gives you Pro-tier features for life, Pro Lifetime ($129) gives Business-tier features, and Team Lifetime ($249) gives Team-tier features. These are launch-priced while the countdown lasts.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Annual and monthly plans stop renewing the moment you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Lifetime never renews.
Do the prices include the physical NFC card?
No — plans are for the software. The physical NFC card is a separate one-time purchase from $49 (PVC), $129 (brushed metal) or $299 (24-karat gold-plate), and every card includes the free software account for life.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card payments are handled by Stripe at checkout. For QR-based commerce inside your account (menus, storefronts, donations) you can additionally accept 25 gateways including PayPal, Razorpay, Mollie and PIX.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of a subscription or lifetime purchase and we will make it right. Physical cards are covered by our returns policy in the Terms.
