White-label setup for resellers (Agency tier)
Configure brand-name, colours, logo, footer per reseller.
White-label setup for resellers
Agency tier ($99/mo) gives you everything to run QR NFC Tap under your own brand on your customers' domains.
What's white-labelled
- Domain — customer accesses QR NFC Tap at
qr.theiragency.com, neverqrnfctap.com - Logo — your reseller logo replaces QR NFC Tap's everywhere on customer-facing pages
- Primary colour — buttons, links, accents follow your brand
- Support email — customer support links email your address, not ours
- Footer text — e.g. "Powered by [your agency]" instead of "Powered by QR NFC Tap"
- Social links — your X / LinkedIn / Instagram in the footer
- CSS overrides — for advanced custom styling
What's NOT white-labelled
- QR NFC Tap admin panel — you still see the QR NFC Tap brand in the dashboard you administer. Your customers see your brand.
- API documentation —
/api/...paths and our public OpenAPI spec stay branded as QR NFC Tap. Most customers never see this. - Legal pages (privacy, terms) — we serve these from
qrnfctap.comsince they're our product's privacy policy, not yours. Your customers can link to their own privacy policy too.
How to configure
The Agency tier admin (you) configures branding via /admin/reseller-brands. Per reseller user:
- Brand name
- Primary colour (hex)
- Support email
- Twitter / LinkedIn URLs
- Footer text (max 500 chars)
- CSS overrides — advanced; useful for restyling buttons or fonts
Saved brands apply on every request that resolves to either:
- A custom domain owned by that reseller (when their customer hits the host)
- A logged-in customer whose
users.reseller_idis that reseller
Adding a logo
Currently logo is a logo_file_id referencing the QC core file system. Upload the file in your dashboard's media manager first, then enter its file ID. Logo is displayed at the top of customer dashboards and in wallet passes.
We're working on a simpler "drag-drop logo here" UI for the next dashboard release.
