Refunds
14-day full refund
Any first-time paid subscription (Pro, Business, Agency) is fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@qrnfctap.com with your account email.
This is the EU/UK statutory cooling-off right (Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) plus our voluntary global extension to non-EU customers.
After 14 days
- Pro-rata refunds for downgrades: not offered. The current paid period runs to its end.
- Annual subscriptions: not refundable mid-year (except the 14-day cooling-off above for first-time annual customers).
- Cancel-then-restart: not eligible for a refund of the prior period.
Disputed charges
Email support@qrnfctap.com describing the dispute. We respond within 5 business days. Most disputes resolve in <48 hours.
Hardware (NFC cards)
- Unopened cards: returnable within 14 days of receipt for full refund. You pay return postage.
- Opened or used cards: not returnable except for manufacturing defect under our 12-month warranty.
- Bulk hardware orders (>50 cards): pre-shipment cancellation refundable; post-shipment per case.
Refund timing
Stripe-processed refunds appear on your card statement in 5-10 business days. Bank transfers (B2B with invoice payment) are returned by EFT within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
Please email us first instead of disputing via your card issuer. We resolve disputes faster than the card-network process. If you've already initiated a chargeback, please withdraw it before we can process a friendly-fire refund.
