Booking QR — Calendly-style, on every QR NFC Tap
The Booking QR opens a time-slot picker. Customer picks a slot, optionally pays, gets confirmation email + reminder 24h before + .ics calendar attachment.
What you configure
- Service name + duration (15min, 30min, 1h, custom)
- Buffer between bookings (e.g. 5min cleanup)
- Availability — weekly schedule, exceptions, time-zone, public holidays
- Pricing — free, fixed price (Stripe), or "request pricing" (no payment)
- Cancellation rules — 24h notice required, refund automatic, etc.
Diner / customer experience
- Scan QR → time picker shows your availability in their time-zone
- Pick slot
- Enter name + email + phone (optional notes)
- If paid: Stripe checkout; if free: confirm
- Email confirmation arrives instantly with .ics
- 24h before: reminder email
- After: optional review request
Owner experience
- Live notifications via email + Slack webhook (Pro+ tier)
- Dashboard view of all bookings: today, tomorrow, this week
